OPENING NIGHT PREVIEW

Last year Busch's "Irish Thunder" show was good. "Emerald Beat" that just opened is better. Beautifully staged with special effects, lovely young lasses, handsome young men - all step dancing an Irish storm and  singing Irish ballads we haven't heard before. The only problem: We predict this one is going to a "full house" for most performances. Step dance to the Abbey Stone Theatre first when you arrive at the park. Here are a few of the scenes.

 

 
PHOTO INFO:  These pictures were shot from the front row of the Abbey Stone Theatre with a Canon Power Shot S2 IS Digital Camera. No flash was used. (No flash pictures are allowed in the theatre). The 12X optical zoom was a major help. Pictures were improved using light/brightness and color controls of PhotoShop Elements software.
