THE GODSPEED

Use this order number:  G1.

New pictures of the Godspeed, just arrived May 8, 2006 in its new home port at the Jamestown Settlement in Williamsburg, VA. The first Godspeed sailed from London with two other ships on December 30, 2006,with a crew of 13 and 39 passengers - bound for the New World. This new replica replaces a first recreation of the Godspeed built in 1982. The older replica is being replaced because it is slowly being destroyed by a wood fungus. The new Godspeed replica begins a tour of the East Coast, including Alexandria, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York and Newport.
