One morning I had the rare pleasure of having breakfast with Mickey Mantle. He was an extremely cheerfully and funny man with numerous stories about his baseball and business career. Who was the best hitter of all time? "Ted Williams," Mickey said. The best all-around player? "Willie Mays." The nicest baseball player? "Stan Musial."
